Privacy policy
Greens is a miniature golf game for iPhone, made by Brian Rossen. This is its privacy policy.
The short version
Greens collects nothing. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing you do in the game is sent to us.
What stays on your iPhone
Greens keeps your game on your device, in the app's own storage:
- Your best score and medal on each hole, and your best round on each course
- The Daily Three you've played and your streak
- Your best run on each hole, so its ghost can replay it
- A round you've paused, so you can finish it later
- Achievements earned, and settings such as sound, haptics and the aim guide
You can erase all of it from Settings → Reset progress in the app. Deleting Greens removes it too.
Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you're signed in to Game Center on your iPhone, Greens sends your scores and achievements to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center profile, the same as any game, so they can appear on leaderboards. That information is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; Greens never sees your Apple ID. You can sign out of Game Center, or change who sees your profile, in the Settings app.
Sharing
If you share your Daily Three card, Greens hands a short piece of text to the iOS share sheet, and you choose where it goes. Greens doesn't send it anywhere itself.
Children
Greens doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy.
This website
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it loads nothing from other companies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. A change that would collect anything would be said plainly here first.
