What's new
Every update, in one place.
Version 1.6Coming soonMade for iPhone Duo
Open it up and your lists fill the big inner screen, edge to edge. Close it and your buttons move into a side column, right by your thumb. Split View works on either side, so your list can sit beside a recipe, a text or a web page.

Also new
- Siri now reads your items in the order you see them.
Version 1.5Make what matters stand out
- Text size: long-press an item, slide left, then swipe down for bigger text or up for smaller. The row resizes with it.
- Style: long-press an item, slide right, then swipe to step through bold and bold italic.
- Highlight: long-press and hold an item first, then slide right and keep pushing to highlight it. Push all the way left to put it back to normal.
Version 1.2Siri, iPad and smarter grocery lists
Hey Siri, meet Sprig
- “What lists do I have in Sprig?” names every list and what’s left on each.
- “What’s on my Grocery Run in Sprig?” reads the list aloud.
- “Open my Packing List in Sprig” jumps straight to that list.
- “Add to my Grocery Run in Sprig” and Siri asks what to add. Say a few things at once, like “eggs, milk, bread.”
Sprig on iPad
Sprig now runs natively on iPad, in any orientation and in Split View, with a comfortable reading width on the big screen.
Smarter grocery lists
- Group by Aisle now works even when Sprig parses without Apple Intelligence.
- Adding to a list that’s already grouped by aisle drops each new item into its matching aisle instead of the bottom.
- Better at casual texts: all-lowercase messages split correctly, and lines like “heading to the store” no longer become list items.
- The first paste after opening Sprig is now as reliable as the rest.
Also new
- Rate Sprig and Contact Support, at the bottom of Settings.
- Fixed the unlock screen not appearing from some locked features.
- “Save as New Theme” now saves where you started editing.
- Fixes for short comma lists like “eggs, milk, bread” and a handful of other parsing edge cases.
Version 1.1Faster parsing and 78 themes
- Smarter, faster AI parsing for phrases and lists.
- Many more color themes, 78 in all with Pro.
- Icons in the Settings menu.
- The + button in a list is now a menu: Add Item, Add Multiple Items, Copy List and Share List.
- Bug fixes.
Version 1.0The first release
Messy text in, checklist out. Paste a rambling note or snap a photo of a handwritten list, and Sprig’s on-device AI turns it into a checklist. Pull down to add, swipe to check off or delete, long-press to reorder, and pick a theme that feels like you.
- Intelligent Add: paste a messy text or notes, tap Parse, and out comes a clean list.
- The gestures: swipe right to check off, swipe left to delete, pull down to add, and long-press to drag an item into place.
See it in action
From a rambling text to a checklist you can instantly use.
Messy in. Checklist out.
Drop in a rambling text, a group chat dump, a photo of a handwritten note, or just paste a bulleted list you already have. Sprig’s on-device AI turns it into a checklist you can instantly check off. No cloud upload, no cleanup marathon.
Built for Apple Intelligence
Intelligent parsing uses Apple Intelligence on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, and newer. Everything happens on your device, so your notes stay private and it works even without a connection. On other iPhones running iOS 26, Sprig falls back to solid built-in parsing. And on iPhone Duo, Sprig fills the big inner screen when it’s open and keeps going on the outer screen when it’s closed.
Quick where it counts
Pull down and release to add. Swipe right to check off, left to delete. Long-press and drag to reorder. Shake to undo deletes, and deleted lists wait in Archive rather than vanishing. Ask Siri to add to a list by name, and pick the typeface for your rows and your titles independently.
Made for iPhone Duo
Open it like a book and your lists fill the big screen, edge to edge. Close it and Sprig keeps going on the outer screen, its buttons in a side column right by your thumb.
